By placing an order through AIFITLAB, you agree to the terms below. These policies ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 business days after receiving your order to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact us first at service@aifitlab.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include:

    • Order number

    • The SKU(s) of the product(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (e.g., defective, wrong item, change of mind, etc.)

    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please provide clear photo/video evidence showing the issue.

  3. Approval & Instructions: If your return request meets the policy criteria, we will approve it and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.

Return Conditions & Guidelines

  • Authorization Required: Items returned without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.

  • Item Condition: All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Secure Packaging: Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Tracking Information: When returning items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information. Please retain your shipment receipt until your refund is processed.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged or lost due to customer misuse or negligence.

  • Certain specific products may be marked as non-returnable on their product pages. Please refer to individual product details.

Return Shipping Fees

  • For returns due to change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other reasons not caused by AIFITLAB error: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped by AIFITLAB: We will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse standard shipping costs upon receipt of a shipping invoice.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

  • If the return is rejected (e.g., item is used, damaged by customer, or doesn't meet conditions), we will contact you to arrange for the item to be shipped back at your expense.
