Why Do Rviz in ROS1 Fail to Publish TF with Valid URDF That Works in ROS2?

    I'm stuck with export: Rviz in ROS1 fails to publish TF, but the web validation shows the URDF is correct. I'm unsure if it's a ROS issue or problem with my URDF export. My friend tested it in ROS2, and it work flawlessly, but ROS1 has issues.

    Deactivate all Conda environments (including base) before ROS1 execution to resolve URDF visualization conflicts in Rvix.
